Integrator to provide security and AV systems

GREAT NECK, NY – February 15, 2019: Marie Blachére, a famous bakery with over 500 locations throughout France, opened its first U.S. location this week at 550 Middle Neck Road in heart of Great Neck. Despite the moderate snowfall on its first day, the bakery had a very successful opening with hundreds of local customers flooding the store each day.

For all its technology needs, from the music system to network and security systems, Marie Blachére selected ATTYWON, a Great Neck based technology integrator located at 727 Middle Neck Road. “We are honored that the Blachére Group has selected us to be their AV and security dealer,” said Eyal Akler, Founder & CEO of ATTYWON, “Great Neck welcomes Marie Blachére bakery. The fact that they chose a local business for their technology needs shows that they are ready to be a member of the local community.”

Verdant Building Solutions, a company that acts as a liaison between clients and technology integrators, was hired to bring reliable technology from the music system to its network and security systems to this quality French bakery.  “The choice was clear”, said Lea Cohen the founder of Verdant Building Solutions. “I chose ATTYWON, a Great Neck based technology integrator. We have completed several successful residential and commercial projects with ATTYWON and the work was continually done professionally and speedily.” ATTYWON has made a name in the AV industry as a premium dealer of smart home and business technology systems. With a mix of commercial clients including popular New York bars and upscale restaurant chains with locations across the country, to high-end residential clients, including celebrities.

The French bakery operates in a purpose-built, modern two-story building made of glass and weathered wood. With roughly 6,000 square-feet, it accommodates an open layout bakery and about 40 seats; with an additional 40 seats to be added when the rooftop deck opens in the spring. The menu includes the expected: baguette sandwiches, artisanal breads and French sweets, along with beverages like macchiato, cappuccinos, lattes and a number of cold brews. Christophe Besnard, director of international business development said “We are pleased to open our first US location in Great Neck. We were lucky to find our technology dealer in the same town. ATTYWON came highly recommended and I can see why.”

To help create the right atmosphere ATTYWON installed a powerful, commercial sound system featuring amps and components made by Harman, including Revel speakers. Araknis Networks was selected as the network backbone and WiFi system; making management easy with its OvrC cloud-management system. “For the open roof-top terrace we’ll be doing some interesting things with the speakers,” said Mr. Akler “the trick is to keep the speakers out of sight and out of the way, but close enough to be heard clearly throughout the roof-top.”
