March 19, 2019 – The STI Select-Alert mini controller is not only a highly effective way to protect important devices, but it can also help alert anyone of an urgent situation. Offering 32 distinct tones, this multi-purpose strobe and alarm has virtually limitless applications.
The Select-Alert’s combination of alarm and super bright flashing LED offers excellent protection for an array of circumstances and allows the user to choose its function. Can be used as a cabinet alarm, door/exit alarm, flashing light linked with a push button/switch, tornado siren, burglar alarm or as an alert for many types of urgent situations. It does not restrict legitimate usage of a protected device.
This mini controller offers timing choices of 15, 30 or 60 seconds or continuous (as preset by user). If the unit is triggered, the ear piercing 85/100 dB siren and flashing LED draws attention in a hurry.
The device is powered by a 9 volt battery or external 12-30 volt DC supply and has a low battery indicator. It has one Form “C” dry relay contact output for alarm supervision and includes circuitry to notify of unauthorized tampering with alarm.
Select-Alert is available with an amber, green, blue, red or white lens, and is constructed of durable polycarbonate.
