RAE Systems solutions on display at AS&E conference

Company's wireless detection products to be demonstrated before nearly 4K attendees

RAE Systems Inc., a leader in delivering innovative sensor solutions to serve industrial, energy, environmental, and government safety markets worldwide, will exhibit the company's leading personal, portable, wireless and fixed gas detection solutions at booth #1617 at Safety 2009 Professional Development Conference and Exposition being held at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas, on June 28-30, 2009.

The conference is hosted by the American Society of Safety Engineers. More than 4,000 safety, health and environmental professionals and 400 exhibitors are expected to attend.

"This conference gives us the opportunity to showcase our solutions for OSHA-compliant confined space entry, refinery and chemical plant safety as well as remote toxic gas and hazardous materials response solutions," said Ryan Watson, RAE Systems' vice president for Americas sales. Product demonstrations will include:

Wireless System Products

-- AreaRAE Steel, the 5-sensor, wireless toxic gas and radiation detection system with three new sensor options: hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF) and high-range carbon monoxide (CO).

-- RAELink3, the wireless modem and repeater for AreaRAE networks.

-- MeshGuard, the wireless hydrogen sulfide or carbon monoxide sensor system for oil and gas exploration.

Confined space entry gas detection products

-- MultiRAE Plus, the original handheld, multi-gas monitor with photoionization detection (PID).
