Banner Advertising
Companies can sponsor a specific SIW Video Network Category with a 728 x 90 (Leaderboard) ad. Also, an ad can be tagged to a specific video.
If you are submitting a video to a Cygnus Video Network, there are some things you should know to make sure that we can make your video look the best it can once it is running in our system.
File Formats
The Good:
MPG, WMV (windows media video), .MOV (Quicktime), .ASF, .AVI, .VOB, and .FLV are accepted.
The Bad:
.SWF, .EXE, or .FLA files are not accepted.
Sponsored Videos
Larger (and some smaller) customers have already invested in creating videos for DVD, TV or the Internet. This creative can be easily converted to be added to your site. Clients can purchase the ability to add their videos to the SIW Video Network for a price and duration, during which the performance can be tracked.
Any video can:
- Go Full Screen
- Be Sent to a Friend - A user of video can e-mail the video link to anyone with an e-mail address.
- Link to any URL. - Any time a video is playing, you can click on the video to go to a different URL. That url will "pop-up" in a new browser window. Metrics on this activity can be tracked and reported to your client. As you already know, URLs can go to web sites, landing pages, even a buyer's guide listing page.
