Man arrested after walking into medical facility with gun
66-year-old charged with inducing panic
A 66-year-old man has been arrested and charged with inducing panic after he allegedly walked into a Steubenville, Ohio, medical facility with a handgun.
Police later entered the building through a back door and ordered suspect, identified as Paul Stead, on the ground, at which point he surrendered.
