Stanley CSS launches performance scoreboard for commercial customers

Integration and monitoring firm uses account metrics to provide transparency to customers


Stanley Convergent Security Solutions (Stanley CSS) today launched what it's calling a "performance scoreboard" for its commercial customers. The scoreboard will be shown at the ASIS tradeshow next month, and is designed to give the company commercial accounts a way of analyzing installation projects, service calls and monitoring provided by Stanley CSS.

The scoreboard previously was offered only to the integrator's national accounts, and was first offered in 2005. It is said to offer the customer a dashboard of more than 60 metrics, including "on-time" and "100 percent compliant" installation projects, "first-time fix" and 24-hour response" service calls, "on-time" fire inspections, "accurate and timely" monitoring services and "accurate and detailed" customer invoicing. The system provides for a customer service survey and one-on-one meetings between Stanley CSS and the customer.

According to Tony Byerly, the president of Stanley CSS for North America and UK Direct, the system is designed to provide "total transparency in our performance on their accounts."
