Monitronics Dealer Partnership

Adds Canadian Alliance

Monitronics’, Dallas, newly forged partnership with Lanvac, a Canadian monitoring station, strengthened the alarm monitoring companies ability to do business internationally. Monitronics saw the need in Canada for a dealer program that does not compete with its dealers and in working with Patrick Soo (since 2007), director of Canadian Operations for the company, is continuing its efforts to keep the partnership strong.

“Lanvac is a national organization that has an excellent reputation within the dealer community and is a proven leader in providing contract monitoring services,” explained Patrick Soo of Monitronics with regards to the alliance.

John Georoudes, president of the Lanvac Group, which operates five central stations across Canada (Vancouver, Toronto, Quebec, Montreal and Ottawa), said he looks forward to the partnership.

“The two companies share a great deal in common and we can each help each other meet growth objectives in the Canadian marketplace,” commented Georgoudes. “Monitronics sees the wisdom in our unique five-city network of continuously linked monitoring stations and our ability to offer national coverage with a local flavor.” Visit www.securityinfowatch.com/sdi/einquiry
