Bold Tec hnologies, Ltd. partnered with Connexion2, Ltd. offers the Identicom Lone Worker Protection device, which integrates Manitou's alarm monitoring software. The product features an ID cardholder design and single-button operation, when pressed, activates an alarm sent to the Manitou alarm station. It can be worn with a lanyard or by use of a clip. Once activated Identicom can open a call that can be managed, recorded, listened to and if necessary escalated with an immediate response. The lanyard includes a ‘rip alarm', which automatically activates an alarm if the Identicom is forcibly removed from the wearer.

Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) offers the SCS Virtual Receiver, a software application designed to run on redundant server configurations with a Microsoft SQL database. The SCS-VR manages all network alarm signals, supervision and substitution messages while reporting appropriate alarms and system messages to automation via IP.
