Aug. 13, 2007

SOUTHAMPTON, Pa., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Environmental Tectonics Corporation's (Amex: ETC) ("ETC" or the "Company") Simulation Division today announced that Advanced Disaster Management Simulation (ADMS) Training Services are now available to be contracted via GSA (the U.S. General Services Administration) Schedules.

GSA Schedules, also referred to as Multiple Award Schedules and Federal Supply Schedules, provide authorized U.S. Government employees with a venue to conveniently procure supplies and services at the most favored price.

By removing the burden of finding the best price from the customer requiring a procurement vehicle, GSA Schedules offer the benefits of lower administrative costs and shorter lead-times.

Through the GSA Schedule, ETC is able to offer the most competitive pricing for ADMS Training Services.

On-site ADMS Training Services are available at attractive prices. Exercise curriculum can be customized as needed to adhere to training objectives, local procedures, facilities, assets and personnel. ADMS is capable of training to and augmenting NIMS (National Incident Management System) modules at all levels of response personnel for various requirements, from senior management to the on-scene responders.

Training with ADMS rapidly advances the effective coordinated response of multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional emergency responders during any disaster, including terrorist attacks. ADMS enhances training programs to deliver innovative, stressful, and effective training, which can address high priority national homeland security training needs, such as NIMS compliance.

ETC provides qualified Facilitators to set up and support each training session. Because there is no hardware to own or maintain and users always benefit from the latest and greatest technology and exercise curriculum, ADMS Training Services allow the most affordable, effective and engaging training for all organizations involved in preparedness and incident response.

The ADMS Advantage: -- Realistic & Challenging Training Environment -- Individual and Team Training -- Multi-Jurisdictional & Multi-Agency Training -- Scenario Unpredictability -- Results Depend on Reactions & Inputs of Trainee -- Unlimited Incidents and Scenarios -- Low Operational Costs -- Student Progress Tracking & Quantifiable, Objective Scoring & Evaluation -- Debriefing & Replay From Any Point of View

By presenting engaging, real-world environments, ADMS enables response and rescue personnel to perform and enhance team and individual skill sets. Training with ADMS saves lives and mitigates damage.

ADMS On-Site Training Services are also eligible for funding under DHS grants.

ETC designs, develops, installs and maintains aircrew training systems, public entertainment systems, process simulation systems (sterilization and environmental), clinical hyperbaric systems, environmental testing and simulation systems, and related products for domestic and international customers.
