Increased activity is taking place in specialty areas including counseling immigrant defendants in criminal proceedings, suing the government to take action on stalled applications, and defending foreign nationals in deportation and removal proceedings.
According to William J. Flynn, III, Chair of Fowler White's International Immigration Practice, Jennifer Roeper and Adam Kantor are spearheading the additional activity. Mr. Flynn noted that Ms. Roeper and Mr. Kantor have seen an increase in the number of removal cases in recent months.
