In order to undertake public security related projects in China , companies must possess certain qualifications and certifications, and have successful project execution experience as well as a strong financial position. The Level-1 Certification for Computer Information System Integration is the highest level of certification granted by the Ministry of Information Industry and only a limited number of companies have been granted this certification. Level-1 Certification is an entry pass to bidding on large-scale, public security, computer system integration projects in China , and is based on, among other things, historical performance in connection with large-scale implementation, a company's number of domestic employees and a company's amount of registered capital.
