"Getting our common stock trading represents a milestone in the evolution of our company. This enables us to capitalize on our plan for rapid growth and respond to the worldwide need for our detection systems; especially our THOR LVX cargo inspection system, which is in the final stages of development and validation by various governmental agencies. The primary function of THOR LVX is securing airports, seaports and borders by detecting nuclear material, explosives and other types of contraband hidden in any type of cargo container, even through shielding. As the system operates at the molecular level, it has unlimited potential for detecting illicit substances and can be programmed for specialized applications," said president, Lou Brothers .

Through an agreement with the United States Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Agency, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and the Lebedev Institute in Russia , the Thor LVX system is being completed. Several of the world's top nuclear physicists are involved in the project. The revenue potential for this system is large - see http://www.llnl.gov/annual05/pdfs/threat.pdf page 17.

Next-generation personnel screening technology, ODIN-ULDRIS, is now available from Valley Forge to complement THOR-LVX cargo detection capabilities. Ultra Low Dose Digital Radiographic Imaging System (ULDRIS) is designed to detect both metal and non-metal illicit objects hidden on or inside the human body. ODIN-ULDRIS detects ceramic or composite weapons, packaged narcotics, bulk or sheet explosives, as well as swallowed items via a near medical quality image in approximately 2 seconds per person. This equates to a throughput of up to 1,000 persons per hour - eliminating the current need to remove shoes and jackets. Personal privacy is ensured as images are remotely sent to the operator in a location physically removed from the screening area. ODIN-ULDRIS is immediately available and suitable for schools, airports, ferry terminals, sporting arenas, concert halls, museums, and government buildings.
