Quagga will be reselling Autonomy etalk's Qfiniti Enterprise solution suite, including its compliance recording, agent performance management, and speech analytics solutions.

California-based Quagga Corp. delivers IP-based voice, video, and data systems for companies that require robust and flexible full-service contact center solutions. Quagga is certified on Avaya, Cisco, and Polycom systems, and is recognized as an Avaya Platinum Business Partner.
