FALLS CHURCH, Va., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VECTr Systems Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VECT) announced today the promotion of Herb Lustig to President and CEO of VECTr Systems Inc. Mr. Lustig , formerly General Manager of the company, has also has been elected to the board of directors.

Robert Knight , formerly President and Chairman, will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lustig has more than 30 years of management experience in the security, electronics and telecommunications industries. Before joining VECTr, as President & CEO, Herb led a U.S. designer and manufacturer of electronic safety sensors. Prior to that, over a period of 25 years, he held executive positions at Honeywell International, General Instrument and Expanse Networks. Mr. Lustig was awarded an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts.
