Each year the GSA measures the performance of the ANSWER prime contractors using a customer survey that evaluates nine factors of contract performance on a rating scale of 1-5 with five being "Extremely Satisfied." The evaluation factors are: quality of service provided, responsiveness to issues and problems, timeliness of service and contract deliverables, satisfaction with total project cost, technical capability displayed, cooperation displayed by the contractor, a recommendation for doing future business with the company, overall effort displayed, and an overall satisfaction rating.
ITS achieved an overall average rating for the nine factors of 4.79, which ranked them #1 among the ten ANSWER primes for the 8th consecutive year. The average of all ten companies including ITS was an excellent 4.37. In addition, ITS was evaluated highest in each of the nine evaluation factors. Dan Vidal , the GSA ANSWER Contracting Officer said, "Not only was ITS ranked #1 again but 100% of their customers responded to our survey, the first time that has ever happened. This is the type of performance that we love to see from our prime contractors." With this latest award, ITS continues its streak of having earned the top honor every year since the contract was awarded in 1999.
