Stanley Wins ID/IQ Homeland Security Contract With $225 Million Ceiling to Support U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

ARLINGTON, Va., Sept. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Stanley, Inc. (NYSE: SXE), a leading provider of systems integration and professional services to the U.S. Federal Government, today announced the award of a three- year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a $225 million ceiling for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Homeland Security. USCIS is responsible for the administration of immigration and naturalization adjudication functions and establishing immigration services policies and priorities.

This contract builds upon Stanley's extensive experience managing large production operations for federal agencies, such as the Department of State. Stanley began providing large-scale operations management and processing support services to the Department of State in 1992.

USCIS Service Centers maintain the mail, data entry, fee collection, file and adjudication operations of most applications and/or petitions for immigration services and benefits. Service Centers are located in Laguna Niguel, California; Lincoln, Nebraska; Dallas , Texas; and St. Albans, Vermont. Stanley will be the prime provider of services at the California and Vermont Service Centers. Currently, USCIS processes approximately five million applications and petitions at the four Service Centers each year.
