services to the U.S. Federal Government, today announced the award of a three-
year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a
"Stanley welcomes this opportunity to support a new customer, USCIS, in its mission of administering the Immigration and Nationality laws of the United States and promoting national security," said Phil Nolan , chairman, president and CEO of Stanley. "We look forward to bringing our expertise in large operations management to work for USCIS."
This contract builds upon Stanley's extensive experience managing large production operations for federal agencies, such as the Department of State. Stanley began providing large-scale operations management and processing support services to the Department of State in 1992.

"Building on our collective capabilities, Stanley and our team of subcontractors developed a solution tailored to meet USCIS' unique requirements."
USCIS Service Centers maintain the mail, data entry, fee collection, file and adjudication operations of most applications and/or petitions for immigration services and benefits. Service Centers are located in Laguna Niguel, California; Lincoln, Nebraska; Dallas , Texas; and St. Albans, Vermont. Stanley will be the prime provider of services at the California and Vermont Service Centers. Currently, USCIS processes approximately five million applications and petitions at the four Service Centers each year.
