MCLEAN, Va., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- QinetiQ North America (QNA) announced today that Roger D. Duke has joined the organization as senior vice president of contracts. In this capacity, Mr. Duke will be responsible for QNA's contract and procurement policies, compliance, pricing and supplier management efforts.

Mr. Duke boasts more than 25 years of experience in business leadership and contracts administration and procurement. He began his career at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he managed a diverse portfolio of research and development, production and post-production contracts within a wide variety of technologies.
For the past five years, Mr. Duke served as the vice president of contracts for Raytheon Technical Services Company. While there, he built a highly qualified team of contracts professionals supporting business operations on all seven continents. Prior to joining Raytheon, Mr. Duke provided consultation services for BAE Systems.
Mr. Duke earned a BA in economics from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School and an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
