Company split into "Identity Solutions' and 'Communications' business units

"As computers sort of started from big mainframes to mini-computers to PCs to smartphones, I think we’re definitely in that kind of trend with biometrics," Yort said. "Our technology is being used right now in very high-throughput arenas because in order to get quality and simplicity and all of those sorts of things right now, we’re primarily focused on the higher-end, but we’ve announced things we’re doing now in the smart mobile platform as well… so we are seeing that migration coming down. I think it will take a combination of pieces coming together to make that happen, but I definitely see those trends happening."
