All-American moves to expanded facility: All-American Monitoring has expanded to a new 15,334-square-foot central monitoring center in Sarasota, Fla., monitoring nearly 200,000 accounts based across the U.S. and Canada. The facility employs more than 80 personnel.

 

Huntsman added to ASIS keynote list: Jon Huntsman Jr., governor of Utah (2005-2009) and a candidate for the 2012 Republican Presidential nomination, will be a keynote speaker at ASIS 2014 on Sept. 30, at the Georgia World Congress Center, in Atlanta.

 

Statewide moves to new central station: Statewide Central Station has moved into a new, custom-designed, modern facility known as Corporate Commons One, in Staten Island, N.Y. The CSAA Five Diamond Certified central station monitors alarms throughout the U.S. and Caribbean islands.

 

Vivint partners with LifeLock: Vivint has announced a partnership with LifeLock Inc., that will enable Vivint customers the ability to bundle their new or existing Vivint package with LifeLock’s intuitive identity theft protection services.

Zebra to purchase Motorola division: Zebra Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Motorola’s Enterprise business, which provides voice and data communication solutions, for $3.45 billion.
