Takex's flame sensor FS-6000 immediately detects ultraviolet rays contained in flames and outputs a warning message and activates an external output. The sensor and speaker combined body can be installed either indoors or outdoors.
The PA-6800 series of ceiling mount PIR sensors from TAKEX combine a discreet compact appearance with outstanding performance at a low price. The sensor can be snapped in and out of the detachable base unit for easy installation in high places.
The TAKEX PB-IN-HF series Intelligent Quad Photoelectric Beams are industry leading performers available in ranges from 165 Feet/50 Meters, 330 Feet/100Meters & 660 Feet/200 Meters. Each features high performance Double-Modulated infrared light sources, a Resonance Filter to remove unwanted background noise, TAKEX Beams have 50,000 Lux of external light immunity, Phase Locked Loop monitors performance in changing environmental conditions, Auto-Gain Lock allows high tolerance of signal degradation before issuing an alarm, Auto-Gain Control allows the photo beam receiver to increase its sensitivity up to 300% to maintain protection integrity, Environmental Alarm Output can signal when 80% of infrared signal is lost providing pre-warning due to fog or other environmental disturbances, 4-Channel Frequency Selection allows the stacking of beams as well as the installation of beams within close proximity of one another without worrying about crosstalk interference.
Santa Clara, CA November 1, 2012: TAKEX, the quality leader in security sensors, announced today the introduction of the OMS-12FE, a new slim profile outdoor PIR (passive infrared) intrusion detector with dual-zone detection capability.
Eliminate nuisance alarms with the COM-IN-100A dual technology perimeter security sensor from Takex. Combining a point-to-point microwave sensor with the performance of a double-modulated quad beam, the sensor ensures that detection occurs regardless of fog, rain, snow and other interference, thus virtually eliminating nuisance alarms.
TAKEX Intelligent Quad beams are the beams all others are measured by. The Intelligent series is the flagship of the TAKEX range of infrared photoelectric beams. Intelligent series beams are synchronized to maintain range and stability in severe weather, while rejecting “nuisance-alarms” caused by birds, animals or blown litter. With 16 beam paths between the transmitter and receiver, TAKEX beams ensure maximum stability in perimeter protection, covering external distances up to 200m. Available in stand-alone models (PB-IN-HF series) or the NEW TAKEX PB-HF-KH models, which are designed specifically for use in our NEW TA Tower series. Supplied with “quick fix” mounting brackets for fast, trouble-free installation, the beam units locate in vertical slide-channels in the TA tower spine for easy and precise height adjustment. Optional heaters are available.
The FS-2000 flame sensor from Takex is a UL-rated UV Flame detector for schools, server rooms or other critical environments where early detection of flame presence is essential to an effective response. The device is easy to install, with separate tamper output, and has multiple user-defined settings. The FS-2000 has a broad, 33-foot area of coverage for commercial applications. The sensors are designed to detect ultraviolet rays in flames. They either activate a built-in alarm sounder or are connected to a remote panel annunciating device. The internal alarm sounder output is greater than 80dB at 3.3ft. (1m) in front of the sensor, and it can be turned off. The unit is also equipped with Tamper output.
An outdoor combination microwave/passive infrared sensor, the COM-IN100A from Takex has a detection range of 330 feet, with Auto Gain Control, and/or selectable detection switch and high/low frequency microwave setting for stacking capability. Put it anywhere in severe weather conditions and watch it perform.
