Stefan Waters works for the Mayor's Office of Information Technology as the Director of Technical Operations for the Baltimore CCTV "CitiWatch" project. He came to the Mayor's Office in 2000 as a Network Engineer after graduating from Potomac College with a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Management. Stefan was promoted to Systems Engineer for the CCTV project in 2006 and then to Director in 2008. In his current role Stefan is responsible for all technical aspects of CitiWatch operations and works in conjunction with the Mayor's Office on Criminal Justice and the Baltimore Police Department. Citiwatch has had many successes and Stefan attributes the success to the hard working individuals that all come together to accomplish one goal: a safer more secure Baltimore for everyone.
