LA area schools locked down due to shooting threat
At least 10 Los Angeles-area schools were locked down and police said a suspect was arrested after an anonymous phone threat of a shooting at a school Thursday.
Schools in Monterey Park were locked down and the East Los Angeles College campus was evacuated after the caller threatened to "shoot up" a campus, the Los Angeles Times reported.
