Basler, a German-based manufacturer of surveillance cameras, reported Thursday that it saw continued sales growth during the first six months of 2011.
According to a statement, sales of the company’s products increased by 24 percent to €28.1 million compared to €22.6 million during the same time period in 2010.
Earnings before taxes (EBT) rose by 50 percent to €3.3 million compared to 2.2 million for the previous year.
"We will show solid profitable growth also in fiscal year 2011. This will be driven by our core business with digital cameras that will increase in the double-digit range," Basler CEO Dr. Dietmar Ley said in the statement.
