Bay Alarm acquires Adler Alarm
Paul Johnson to remain with company
Bay Alarm Company has acquired San Juan Capistrano, Calif.-based Adler Alarm, Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group announced Monday.
Paul and Carol Johnson were the owners of Adler Alarm.
According to a statement, Carol will be retiring from the company while Paul will be staying on to continue to service Adler customers and to help grow the company.
