Suspicious substance shuts down Illinois credit card processing center
Substance later determined a non-health risk by authorities
A Chase Bank credit card processing center in Elgin, Illinois, was shut down last week after a suspicious substance was found inside an envelope at the facility.
After closing the facility for a brief time, it was determined that substance was not a health hazard.
