Her earlier experience includes co-founding and management of three software technology companies where she was recognized for her effective business practices and exceptional financial growth by key industry organizations. Under her leadership, Ms. Kallies and these companies garnered numerous prestigious awards -- including recognition as one of the Top 10 Women-Owned Businesses by Entrepreneur Magazine and a spot in Deloitte and Touche's Technology Fast 50 for three years in a row, as well as a position on Deloitte & Touche's national "Fast 500" listing of fastest growing technology companies. Ms. Kallies has also been highlighted in Elle Magazine as one of America's top female entrepreneurs, recognized as a top 10 finalist for the 2001 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and she ranked sixth on Dun & Bradstreet's "Top 10 Woman-Owned Small Businesses."
Ms. Kallies earned an Executive MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University's Stern School of Business.
