Arizona-based Safeguard announced Friday that it has acquired Electronic Protection Systems. The company, based in Prescott, Arizona, services over 1,000 residential and commercial alarm accounts.
According to Safeguard CEO John Jennings, the purchase of Electronic Protection Systems signals the company continued expansion into new Arizona markets.
“In tough economic times, there are still opportunities that strong businesses need to consider taking,” Jennings said in a prepared statement. “The Prescott area is a growing market where many of our current Valley Clients have second homes and are already being monitored via E.P.S. When this opportunity came to us, we had to move on it.”
