Wheelchair-bound man plants explosive device at NY train station
Crude device reportedly composed of pyrotechnic, shotgun shells
According to story published last week by the New York Post, a legless man being pushed in a wheelchair by two others planted an explosive device at New York City train station.
The device, which reportedly consisted of a pyrotechnic and shotgun shells, forced authorities to reroute trains for nearly two hours.
