FCI expands its North American team

Company seeks to reinforce its presence on continent


FCI, a manufacturer of flexible circuits, announced Monday that it is reinforcing its presence in the North American market with several new hires.

Robert M. Fee, a former general manager of LEGIC Identsystems’ America’s business unit, has been named regional manager Americas for FCI Microconnections’ division. In his new role, Fee will be responsible for developing existing, as well as new accounts, according to a statement issued by the firm.

The company has also appointed Chris Zimmardi, a RFID specialist and former systems engineer for Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin, as its new senior field applications engineer for the Americas. Zimmardi will be responsible for providing technical support to new and existing FCI customers.
