Infinova opens office in India

Video solutions manufacturer Infinova announced Monday that it has opened a new office in Pune, India, to serve its growing customer base in the region, which includes airports, pharmaceutical companies, and the Indian highway department.

In addition, the company has also hired Biplob Bhattacharjee as regional sales manager for northeast India. A veteran of the surveillance industry, Bhattacharjee has also worked for Wipro, Allied and Honeywell in India.

"The opening of this office is another example of Infinova’s accelerated global growth as a leading worldwide supplier of megapixel, IP and analog surveillance cameras," said Milind Borkar, Infinova vice president, India, Middle East and Africa. "Our new Pune office will cover all regions of the Indian subcontinent.
