Syracuse, N.Y.-based Rapid Response Monitoring Services has announced plans to host a Rapid Response Users Group expo later this year.
The meeting, which will take place 30 minutes away from the company’s headquarters in Verona, N.Y., will provide the company’s dealers and integrators with management, as well as technical and peer-networking opportunities.
"Our dealers are faced with unprecedented challenges and opportunities at this time, though security services is one of the few industries that sees growth during economic downturns," Rapid Response President and lead event organizer Jeffrey Atkins said in a prepared statement. "We want to help increase their success, and recognize that opportunities are there for them. Our User Group is an ideal format to get our dealers information, advice and motivation they can use."
The event will kick off on Aug. 31, with a presentation on the infrastructure of Rapid’s monitoring center and the company’s dealer network. The following day will consist primarily of education sessions, which thus far includes 12 seminars on a variety of topics.
