G4S monitoring receives CSAA’s ‘Five Diamond’ certification

ATLANTA, Nov. 24, 2009 - Global security solutions provider G4S announced this week that its monitoring and data center in the U.S. has received the Central Station Alarm Association’s prestigious “Five Diamond Certification.

According to a statement issued by the company, the certification means that 100 percent of G4S’ central station operators have achieved certification by passing the CSAA’s Central Station Online Operator Training Course. Of the nearly 2,700 central stations across the country, fewer than 5 percent achieve “Five Diamond” status.

“The addition of the ‘Five Diamond Certification’ to our UL-827, UL-1981 and UUFX listings demonstrates G4S Monitoring and Data Center’s commitment to providing superb security monitoring,” said G4S Vice President of Operations Jerry Cordasco.
