New Jersey-based Henry Bros. Electronics announced last week that Richard Rockwell has been appointed vice chairman of the company’s board of directors and will also serve as chairman of the company’s executive committee.
Rockwell, who is the current chairman and CEO of Professional Security Technologies, has served on the Henry Bros. board since last November.
"We are very pleased to have Rick take an enhanced role on our board," Henry Bros. Chairman and CEO James E. Henry said in a prepared statement. "Since joining our team just over a year ago, his extensive industry experience and leadership skills have helped us to build upon our established industry footprint and strategically move into new markets. As a significant shareholder himself, his goals are perfectly aligned with our shareholders, and his guidance on our board has always been biased towards increasing shareholder value."
