IT security solutions provider Incentra Solutions announced Wednesday that it has been sold to new ownership. The company, which is based in Boulder, Colo., filed for bankruptcy protection in February.
According to a statement issued by Incentra regarding the sale, the transition from the old company to the new one will be “seamless.” Incentra’s employees and management team have also been offered the opportunity to stay on with the company.
“The employees are the life blood of the company and without them we would not have been able to bring the bankruptcy process to closure so quickly. Our employees really stepped up during this process to ensure the company continued to deliver the technologies and services our customers depend on,” Incentra CEO Tom Sweeney said in the statement.
The company’s customers are also not expected to see any disruptions in service as a result of the sell.
