Loss Prevention Foundation appoints new board members

Industry professionals to help govern non-profit foundation

The Loss Prevention Foundation announced last week that it has appointed four new board members to help govern the non-profit organization.

Among the new appointees include; Patti Feltz, vice president of asset protection for Polo Ralph Lauren; Monica Mullins, vice president of asset protection and safety for Wal-Mart; Kevin Valentine, vice president of loss prevention for Sterling Jewelers; and Stan Welch, vice president and director of loss prevention for J.C. Penny’s.

In a prepared statement, Frank Johns, the foundation’s chairman, said he was "gratified" to see these experienced industry professionals joining the organization and added that "he couldn’t be more pleased" to have them held govern the foundation.
