An Ohio couple suspected of stealing $7 million from an armored car company were arrested Saturday in West Virginia.
Roger Dillon of Youngstown worked for AT Systems International in Liberty, which was robbed last weekend. He was charged with bank larceny, while his girlfriend, Nicole Boyd, was charged with aiding and abetting bank larceny, the Tribune Chronicle in Warren, Ohio, reported.
The FBI raided a house in Beckley, W.Va., at about 4:30 a.m. Agents found the couple and Dillon's mother, Sharon Lee Gregory, there along with a large amount of cash.
Investigators suspected the burglary at AT Systems was done by someone with inside knowledge of the company because the security system was disarmed and reactivated, film was removed from security cameras and safes were opened.
Dillon and Boyd were to make an initial appearance in federal court in West Virginia. Scott Wilson, a spokesman for the FBI office in Cleveland, said prosecutors had not decided whether to charge Gregory with a crime.
