Nio Security, a Florida-based developer of civilian CCTV products announced Monday that they have formed a strategic alliance with Lenco Software, a Norway-based company which produces programs and detection products for the military.
The agreement will provide Nio with access to Lenco’s 3D visualization and navigation software and will make their video surveillance products available to the defense industry through Lenco. In exchange, Nio will sell Lenco’s products that have been approved for the civilian market.
According to a statement issued by the companies regarding the agreement, Lenco’s focus will remain on the defense sector and selling their products along with Nio’s.
