GARLAND, Texas , July 28, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) has acquired Telemus Solutions, Inc., a provider of information security, intelligence and technical services to defense, intelligence and other federal customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Falls Church, Va. , Telemus delivers customized solutions in infrastructure protection, engineering, research and analysis that help customers detect, defer, and delay potential security threats.
