Murray Kagen, the former president, CEO and a founder of Maxwell Alarm Screen Mfg. and Maxwell Sign and Decal Division, passed away on October 28, 2007. He was 82 years old.
Kagen suffered from Alzheimer's disease over the last few years; the disease is a progressive, irreversible and incurable neurological disorder.
