BEIJING (XFN-ASIA) - China Security & Surveillance Technology Inc (BULLETIN BOARD: CSCT) said it has elected two new independent members to its board of directors.
Mak Kin Kwong and Robert Shiver have joined the board, replacing Jiang Jianguo and Xiong Lingfeng, who both resigned last week.
China Security also said it will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) today under the trading symbol "CSR."
