Paragon Systems, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based Tri-S Security Corporation, announced today that it has received a $30 million security services contract in Washington State.
The contract was through the Washington State Northern Area office Department of Homeland Security, and specifies manned security services for federal building in the northern part of the state. According to Paragon, the company will provide more than 120 security officers as part of the contract, which begins this June. Officers will be station at facilities in Seattle, as well as Auburn, Renton, Mt. Vernon, Bellingham, Everett and Kent.
Leslie Kaciban Jr., the president of Paragon, said the company made its way into the Northwest market after establishing a small West Coast presence last year.
