Sale includes 3,500 accounts across the U.S.

Stanley Convergent Security Solutions announced last week that it has purchased the retail branch business from National Guardian Security Services.

Though all of the terms of the sale were not disclosed, it is reported to include a total of 3,500 commercial and residential accounts across the U.S., most of which are located in California, Missouri and Kansas.

According to a statement issued by Stanley CSS, Tony Byerly, the company’s chief operating officer, said that the purchase would allow Stanley CSS to expand its customer base in several local markets and also adds to their growing electronic security platform.
