Bosch Security Systems and NetApp announced Wednesday that they have formed a partnership to deliver joint solutions for the IP video surveillance market.

As part of the agreement between the two companies, Bosch will sell and support NetApp storage devices as part of its CCTV offerings. In return, NetApp will help Bosch employees with presale support of their co-branded products and also provide training and certification to Bosch’s technical support staff.

Among the NetApp products that will be offered by Bosch include the FAS2000 series, along with the S550 and S300 family of video storage products.

According to a press release, spokespersons for both companies said that the move would help them capitalize on a growing IP surveillance market.
