WESTBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) - Defense contractor Lockheed Martin Corp. on Monday said it acquired a monitoring system from RemoteReality.
Terms were undisclosed. The system includes RemoteReality's OmniAlert360 system, which integrates 360-degree mirrors, optics, sensors and processing into video appliances and its ThermalVision360 system for night vision applications.
Lockheed Martin said it is evaluating the products for a number of different uses.
Shares closed down 9 cents to $96.93 on the New York Stock Exchange.
