Class A office space will start with three-story office, IT tech building

BOTHELL, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2006--Ground has been broken on Woodlands Technology Campus in Bothell, a spectacular new Class A office campus offering over 700,000 square feet of available space.

Located in Canyon Park Business Center, the four-building, 35-acre development is expected to attract a range of high-technology, bio-medical and other businesses.
