The shareholders of active-infrared night vision surveillance firm Extreme CCTV have voted to approve the acquisition by Bosch.
The company initially announced the pending acquisition on Dec. 13, 2007, and the process of approving Bosch to purchase the Extreme CCTV shares has now been completed. According to a statement from Extreme CCTV, the company is currently making its application to the British Columbia's supreme court for the agreement, and the companies expect the transaction to close around the last day of February 2008.
