IP-based video surveillance solutions provider March Networks has formed an agreement with Securitas Security Systems USA's division Hamilton Pacific to offer the March video systems to retail and financial businesses.
Hamilton Pacific has been focused on the retail and banking/financial markets with an emphasis on medium-to-large customers. The agreement makes Hamilton Pacific a leading distributor of March Networks' video systems.
"Teaming with a high quality, long-term partner such as March Networks is an important part of our growth strategy within the North American market," said Thomas Benson, vice president of sales for Hamilton Pacific, in a statement announcing the agreement. According to Benson, one of the company's growth goals is to become a leading provider of security to the U.S. financial sector.
Peter Strom, March Network's president and CEO, called the agreement the match of a "best-of-breed" surveillance company with "the breadth of expertise and solutions from Hamilton Pacific."
