According to reports in the St. Louis Dbusinessnews.com, ground has been broken on a new $36 million biotech building in St. Louis. The 170,000-s.f. building will mix both laboratory and office space for growing biotech companies.
The building, developed by non-profit organization CORTEX, the Center of Research, Technology and Entrepreneurial Exchange, will be designed and constructed by Clayco Construction Company, and more than 50 percent of the building's space has been pre-leased.
