Nov. 12, 2004

LOS ANGELES -- Kilroy Realty Corporation, a Southern California-based real estate investment trust active in the office and industrial property sectors, has recently completed a lease transaction for an approximately 110,000-square-foot, Class-A industrial facility, which will be Outdoor Dimensions, Inc.'s corporate headquarters. Outdoor Dimensions, Inc., a full-service sign and display company catering to major residential developers, signed a 94-month lease, and will occupy the entire building located at 5325 E. Hunter Avenue in Anaheim, CA.

Outdoor Dimensions, Inc. is expanding its operations currently located in multiple buildings in Fullerton, CA. The company's operations will include about 200 employees in this new location.

Rob Socci, senior vice president, and Brian Corrigan, vice president, of the Anaheim office of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented Kilroy Realty in the transaction. John Maresca of the Anaheim office of Bryan Industrial Properties, Inc. represented Outdoor Dimensions, Inc.

"With an industrial vacancy rate close to five percent in North Orange County, we're pleased to be part of a market that is experiencing strong leasing activity," said Jim Axtell, vice president of asset management, Kilroy Realty Corporation. "The sustained strength of Orange County's industrial sector combined with KRC's superior reputation and extensive knowledge of the Orange County region enables us to continue to attract strong tenants."

Axtell added that Kilroy Realty owns and manages more than 4.3 million square feet of office and industrial product in Orange County and has a total office and industrial portfolio of approximately 12 million square feet.

Located in Anaheim's The Canyon, a business center for advanced technology, the property has easy access to the 91 Freeway and is within walking distance to public transportation. The facility is within close proximity to hotels, restaurants and other retail amenities.

According to the leasing brokers, Rob Socci and Brian Corrigan, Outdoor Dimensions was attracted to the building because of the location and existing infrastructure to accommodate its office and manufacturing needs, Kilroy Realty's proactive property management services, and its critical mass of industrial product that offers future expansion opportunities.
