New Energy Plant Planned for Iowa

VeraSun Fort Dodge will break ground on Saturday, Sept. 18 for a new ethanol plant in Webster County, Iowa. The plant is expected to produced 110 million gallons of ethanol each year at the 252-acre site. According to a company news release, the plant will be "one of the largest dry-grind ethanol plants in the U.S."
